This is my refit Enterprise 1701-A built from the old 22" AMT ERTL 1/537 kit, i have extensively altered and added to this model to achieve a very close look to the 7ft studio filming model used in the films, this was built a while back but thought to bring it out for others to see as she is a beauty!

Fantastic. Many years ago, I actually sent a handwritten letter to whomever I imagined were the "powers to appeal to". I was naïve then, of course and asked them if I could buy a kit to build the 7 foot model. My God! I must have thought I was really going to have a shot at it. Have you ever aspired to construct one of that scale?
